1. Coaching Disclaimer

Stephanie Bell is a certified life coach, not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical treatment.

2. Services Provided

Empowered Coaching Services offers private 1:1 coaching, digital materials, and free resources to support midlife women and empty nest moms. Services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed upon.

3. Payments & Scheduling

All coaching sessions must be paid in advance. Discovery calls are free of charge. Clients may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. No-shows or late cancellations may result in a forfeited session.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including downloads, PDFs, text, graphics, and branding — is the intellectual property of Stephanie Bell and may not be reused, copied, or distributed without written permission.

5. Confidentiality

All coaching sessions are confidential unless disclosure is required by law or for safety reasons. Client stories may only be shared with written permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

Stephanie Bell is not liable for any decisions or outcomes made as a result of coaching. Coaching results are not guaranteed and vary from person to person.
